Examine the Historical Creation of Social Stigmas: Explore the historical origins and evolution of social stigmas between law enforcement and various communities, emphasizing the unique experiences of marginalized groups, including Black/African American communities.

Foster a Shared Community Language: Create awareness that fosters a collaborative, shared language to bridge divides between law enforcement and the diverse communities they serve.
