Examine the Historical Creation of Social Stigmas: Explore the historical origins and evolution of social stigmas between law enforcement and various communities, emphasizing the unique experiences of marginalized groups, including Black/African American communities.

Foster a Shared Community Language: Create awareness that fosters a collaborative, shared language to bridge divides between law enforcement and the diverse communities they serve.

Engage in Empathy and Reflection: Participate in lessons and activities encouraging empathy, cultural humility, and critical self-reflection to deepen understanding of diverse community perspectives.

Empower Law Enforcement with Culturally Relevant Tools: Equip officers with strategies and resources to respond in a culturally relevant manner, while identifying and addressing situations vulnerable to implicit bias and systemic inequities.
